Dai Due Whole Hog Roasts

Experience a whole, skin-on hog*, with family-style appetizers, sides and dessert, on our outdoor patio (seats up to 20). We’ll roast the hog in our custom-built caja china and all other items will be cooked in our outdoor kitchen.  These fatty little hogs weigh in at 40 pounds each, and will provide a one-of-a-kind experience (and incredible leftovers!) for your birthday party, bachelorette party, business meeting or just a gathering of friends who appreciate crispy pork skin.

Heirloom Tomato Salad with Chilies, Onion, and Venison Machacado, Cucumber & Avocado Salad with Cotija & Pepita Vinaigrette, Deviled Eggs, Mango with Tajin

Whole Roasted Hog, Rice with Creamer Peas, Elotes with Cotija, Fresh Corn Tortillas, Pickled Onions, Cortido, Jalapeño Salsa, Peach Salsa

$1,000, serves up to 18-20 (drinks, tax and 20% service charge not included). All leftovers can be packaged up for you and/or your guests to take home. Email caroline@daidue.com for availability. Please allow 2 weeks notice to book a hog roast.

* Or, help save the world and eat a feral hog.  Guaranteeing size and availability of these rascals is more difficult, but we will strive to offer whole wild boars.  Please also note that feral hogs can vary drastically in flavor and fat content, but they're very good.
