Butchery Classes


Join us on select Mondays at Dai Due for intensive, game-focused butchery demonstrations led by Jesse Griffiths. These classes focus on start-to-finish butchery and include myriad cuts, cooking concepts, sausage-making and much more. At three hours long, these courses are meant to inform, empower and teach participants skills throughout the seasons.
